For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

That's me and Boco coming to find you Avi. Boco is blonde, she is doing the amusing pointing, I am looking at her a little askew wondering how long I have to breathe in to fit in the jeans.

I am not in the bed. I am pacing.

Also, I would be FRIGHTENED if my step-sister read what I wrote on MN. I would be frightened as I don't have a step-sister, but all the same. You shared in RL too didn't you Boco? My god there's not stopping you.

ahundredtimes · 06/11/2007 20:52

There's NO stopping you.

FK. I am coming to consider primary schools with you. I am going to try v. hard, but I can't do organic clothing too.

lullabyloo · 06/11/2007 20:55

this primary school malarky is sooooooo hard
I am burying my head in the sand

Avi....you have cold feet

who has eaten all the fish??????

TheArtistFormerlyKnownAsBoecoe · 06/11/2007 20:57

Oh dear 100x don't, please. Say something soothing, not caps on FRIGHTENED. Well i'm sharey in real life, but i've not spoken to my step sister for a couple of months as we've done falling out. But i think we've patched things up now - and we spoke for the first time because she called about the mn post as she wanted to hear about other sister. I really don't think people from outside veggers come and read, and now i realise that not only that, but members of my actual family read! If you're reading this step-sister...well, um, don't please, either that or join the veggers but don't be just invisibly floating there in unnerving fashion.

Would anyone like to hear about my rash?

FrannyandZooey · 06/11/2007 21:01

Boco how did she know you were on here?

and who has spilt ice cream on the pillow?

OP posts:
lullabyloo · 06/11/2007 21:03

oh dear...worry rash?????
I have great sympathy with the reading posts thing....ex's girlfriend managed to find me on here earlier this year when I was being very 'sharey' & I was so upset and freaked that I didn't post for months......
But I have a devil may care attitude now that things in my life have changed somewhat....I just dont let it worry me anymore

It is sad & intrusive to actively seek people out & pry

DONT DO IT

ahundredtimes · 06/11/2007 21:03

But you said to step-sister I go on MN. My name is Boco. Did you? Or did she introduce you to MN?

Also Franny I HONKED at your lesbian dorm out-loud thing. You make me honk actually, especially when you go a bit off-piste.

Rash? Ok.

lullabyloo · 06/11/2007 21:04

sorry franny

TheArtistFormerlyKnownAsBoecoe · 06/11/2007 21:05

I knew she used to read mn, but didn't know she still does as not seen her on here for months. She said she was just looking at mn and she saw my post. She's been on mn much longer than me but just doesn't post much.

pinkspottywellies · 06/11/2007 21:05

I hope's it's not contagious Boco can I swap places with someone? I don't want to be next to rashy Bocco

Franny, Have you seen the July 2008 Antenatal thread? I think you should just carry on doing your own threads. I'm going to ask if you can have your own topic

ahundredtimes · 06/11/2007 21:05

Oh. I think I know who step-sister is.

lullabyloo · 06/11/2007 21:05

100x....do stop pacing lovely one >

ahundredtimes · 06/11/2007 21:06

Oh no, I am restless this evening. I may bark. I must pace.

lullabyloo · 06/11/2007 21:06

you do????????
who?????????????

TheArtistFormerlyKnownAsBoecoe · 06/11/2007 21:07

No i didn't tell her who i was, she told me in the summer that she'd worked it out - before i had a profile page - i think i mentioned my village or something silly.

TheArtistFormerlyKnownAsBoecoe · 06/11/2007 21:08

Yes, who???????

I'm sure you don't know.

lullabyloo · 06/11/2007 21:08

pacing is making me dizzy

ahundredtimes · 06/11/2007 21:08

You know if anyone who knew me came on here, they'd work out who I was in a second. And I don't even think I'm that sharey, but I am.

You all know where I live what dh does, what my bathroom floor looks like.

I used to wear a rather fetching cloak with a hood. Didn't I Franny? Now I'm as bare as the day I was born.

ahundredtimes · 06/11/2007 21:10

Should I say the name? I'm not sure I can remember it. There was a thread about how long you've been here, or something similar, where someone, in Bristol, was saying how long they'd been here and how they'd introduced you and how you were now more popular. They were a bit high maintenance about it actually.

TheArtistFormerlyKnownAsBoecoe · 06/11/2007 21:11

well exactly, it's so easy, you forget the rest of the world can read too, or you just think they're busy doing other things and wouldn't actually be interested.

100 you're very sharey these days, it's good, i'm very proud of your sharingness - you used to be horrified when anyone asked you anything, and now you tell us all sorts of inappropriately personal details. Hurrah!

FrannyandZooey · 06/11/2007 21:11

100 oh GOOD

Boco I have just sussed about an hour too late, were we not meant to say your name because your sister is running searches on it? if so I am so sorry

yet again
