For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

No i don't think so - about smoking something funny. Was a reference to Prince, you know, the artist formerly known...he looks very dipped in pubes.

So, why do you keep apologising to everyone franny? And what is phish food?

FrannyandZooey · 06/11/2007 20:29

Can anyone tell me if they know of this company - or have ever ordered anything?

here

I need to buy some new work trousers, and think they might have something suitable.

lionheart · 06/11/2007 20:41

Great news about the pics, Boco, but a bit unnerving about the other stuff.

I am missing a big bed thing.

FrayedKnot · 06/11/2007 20:43

Ok at least I'm trying to be sensible

BoeCoe I am so pleased about your pics. Can you keep the hard drive and use it to keep back ups on?

lionheart · 06/11/2007 20:44

Is your bed really that big, Franny?

TheArtistFormerlyKnownAsBoecoe · 06/11/2007 20:45

I've not heard of them, but i think these ladies are visiting Avi Island they are saying 'look, there is Avi, over there on her jetty'

Thanks lionheart, climb in.

FrayedKnot · 06/11/2007 20:47

Avi's the one just scooping up some Mountain Tyrol water I think.

lullabyloo · 06/11/2007 20:49

lol

oooooh the hedgehog slippers are fab.....ds would love them

lullabyloo · 06/11/2007 20:50

I think we've scared hunker away already

FrannyandZooey · 06/11/2007 20:50

yes

it is superking futon with double futon pushed next to it

when you co-sleep with huge toddler such things are very useful. For a while after he moved out of our room I put the double one somewhere else, but he and visiting children love to jump on it so much (it basically means all the floor space is bed, so they can do all sorts of unsuitable wildness) that I relented and put it back
