For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

I tried on Kate Moss Jeans today. I couldn't even get the 16 past my thighs. I am normally 12/14, well, the ones I was wearing were 12.

I also bought boots like this

FrannyandZooey · 10/09/2007 21:56

MrsC do you think it would help if you changed your name back to MrsCuntingMango? Because I do. You could be MrsSilentlyCuntingMango if you think the previous one was offending people

FrannyandZooey · 10/09/2007 21:57

Are you sure you haven't had wine, MrsC because that particulalry, looks a bit squiffy, if I may be so bold.

Some people like squashy, I know.

FrannyandZooey · 10/09/2007 21:59

Which part of him looks squashy? i was really trying to move on but it isn't working

OP posts:
MrsCarota · 10/09/2007 21:59

The boots aren't that squashy, they feel secure on the ankle.

MrsCarota · 10/09/2007 22:00

Oh

lionheart · 10/09/2007 22:01

No, it's moving on, I am just slow to post.

The boots don't look squashy but the man does.

Most of him, actually, although it might be the surfer crammed into a penguin suit effect.

Everyone seems to be getting booted up.

MrsCarota · 10/09/2007 22:01

Franny - I can't have that name, people might be sitting with their dcs.

This is my Latin name, well, it should be DauchusCarotica but I shortened it.

Lionhart - No wine!

FrannyandZooey · 10/09/2007 22:02

lionheart · 10/09/2007 22:04

What does it involve, Franny? Do you have to be bouncy and like so for an hour or two?

MrsCarota · 10/09/2007 22:04

We'll have you both times.

FrannyandZooey · 10/09/2007 22:04
