Is there any damn reason why my norks have been sore balloons for a week now, given the extreme unlikeliness that I am up the duff? Am I just heading for menopause?

It's getting on my nerves.

OH GOD

I am not pregnant. I honestly can't see why I should suddenly manifest new, unexpected pregnancy symptoms in a third pregnancy. I reckon it's some vile hormonal tsunami that will only get worse as the years drag on.

They say Every Pregnancy Is Different...

I'm joking. I expect it's hormones.

You know what we're going to say dontcha? Do a test if you want to be sure. But bet you're not. And period will arrive before holiday, marvelous!

WendyWeber · 12/08/2007 22:41

Oh fret not, Pruni, I am the world's worst at acknowledging stuff, I just had sad visions of your postman getting stuck in round the back of the sorting office

(btw what happened to your self-imposed exile...???)

bookwormtailmum · 12/08/2007 22:42

If it's any comfort, my norks have been 'tender' for a fortnight or so (dp was banned from even looking at them!!) but now I'm coping with my usual niagra falls of my period and they're.... somewhat softer. Just as well really. I could have torn someone's head off if they'd brushed against them when they were at their.. perkiest.

motherinferior · 12/08/2007 22:42

WW who did you use to be?

...just as I finally pack both Inferiorettes off to school and luxuriate in no childcare fees...

WendyWeber · 12/08/2007 22:46

Oh yes WWW (as WW I feel like your little sister now ) I am not in hiding, just aka for a change.

meandmyflyingmachine · 12/08/2007 22:46

I get it too, but only in one nork, which looks great I can tell you .

Was advised to avoid alcohol and spicy food .

Was told it is common in perimenopausal women (was 34 at the time...)

Or

You might be pregnant

WideWebWitch · 12/08/2007 22:47

Oh ok Pruners.
MI, a baybee, oh how lovely it would be really. Cam, how old were you when you had dd2?

WendyWeber · 12/08/2007 22:47

MI, have you got the wind up or are you just humouring us?

WendyWeber · 12/08/2007 22:48

I was 42 (just) when I had DS2, if it helps. And the Inferiorettes are sooooo divine, imagine how diviner a 3rd would be...

Cammelia · 12/08/2007 22:48

A mere 40 my darling

motherinferior · 12/08/2007 22:49

I am rather perturbed at my enormity. I think it's highly unlikely I'm pregnant. I'd like to think it's not menopause but realise that sooner or later menopause comes to all of us.

OP posts:
WideWebWitch · 12/08/2007 22:49

a mere 40 Cam...
Were you 42 WW, I didn't realise that

motherinferior · 12/08/2007 22:50

I had DD2 at 40.

OP posts:
meandmyflyingmachine · 12/08/2007 22:50

Well, if I was perimenopausal at 34...

WideWebWitch · 12/08/2007 22:51

44 is quite early meno thou isn't it?
Oh god, or isn't it?
Cam, I just had it in my head you wre older when you had dd2. although prob just that I read you on subject when I was 36...
