I had it more mildly yesterday and Friday, but it's really bad today, what could it be?

I am much, much better today, thanks - I still have pains in the kidney area which are quite sharp, but the nausea/dizziness/general fluey-ness much better. So I am still shunning the walk-in centre and taking the antibiotics.

I would however like it noted in the minutes that Franny is an old NAGBAG who phoned me at 8am this morning to demand a bulletin
