acutal nuts with natural saponin. can stick some in mail to you if u wish but soapflakes perfectly adequate. vinegar in rinse if hard water.

I also told preservatives issue. I really hope it is your washing powder tbh. It is crap trying to work out what it is.

you do not end up with grey clothes. Vanish stain stick sometimes required. Exclusion as in eliminate all perfumy/preservativey stuff for a while (mineral make up totally ok btw) and then reintroduce one at a time.

I got some of all the things I would usually use and when they were finished i went back to my usual stuff and it was fine.

Washing powder - the hypoallergenic one from boots?

I found it took about two/three weeks before i had washed all my stuff in the new powder . Big improvement striaght away but about two weeks before totally sorted.

I never stopped wearing make up. it was the only thing that made me feel better about presenting my freaky eyes to the world.
