Looking for sympathy: Poor DD (4 weeks old) is in hospital :-( :-(

Sat here on my laptop watching over my tiny DD who has been admitted to the Paediatric High Care unit this morning with Bronchiolits.

Feeling very sorry for myself and even sorrier for her.

i hope she comes home soon..... thoughts for you both.... -hugs-

Poor you.

Ds had to be admitted when he was 2 days old, with pneumonia, and again at seven weeks with bronchiolitis. It was very, very traumatic both times, so I do feel very you. I hope that your dd feels better very, very soon.

Make sure your look after yourself as well as your little one.

My DS2 was in hospital for 48 hours when he was 10 days with 2 or 3 infections, it was a scary time, but the medical staff we saw for him were fantastic, and I was able to stay with him and bf him.

Just nosied around in your profile and had to call dh over - on the picture of you and your ds1 and ds2, your ds1 is an exact clone of my ds. Same hair, cheeks, nose, lips, chin, just absolute spitting image!
So may I take this opportunity to say he is one handsome dude!!
(and of course your ds2 and dd are lovely too)

God she is RSV positive. I am in pieces. Her sats are up and down.

We are told to expect her to get worse over the next few days before she starts to improve.

I am not coping. Sat here next to her bedside in tears.
