essbee, glad you made it to the doctor, and got your prescription sorted out - you are moving forward from your position last weekend. At least you now can give the medication a chance - just see how it goes. You're in my thoughts.

mummytosteven · 05/07/2004 11:46

essbee - which ads are you taking?

gothicmama · 05/07/2004 12:20

NOt to panic anyone but just to say the spacey feeling should go if it does not, or you get it often be careful when driving or parking cars as it can affect judgement (spacial awarness?? sp) IT is one side effect that never seems to be mentionned Iused to have trouble with door ways - luckily wasnot driving at time na da couple of women I know have had trouble parking - like I said do not panic but is worth being aware of

Did anyone see "you are what you eat" last night?

Apparently this woman (who had a diabolically bad diet)was very low in the B vitamins, esp B6 IIRC, which was said to contribute to her depression.

Could anyone comment

gloworm · 05/07/2004 23:25

actually i was just about to post a message to kizzie to say that B vitamins are recommended for people with depression!
it is better to use a "B complex" which has all the b vitamins in it, rather than just picking one b vitamin, such as B6. In the body all the b vitamins work together so a b-complex tablet will be better.

Hello essbee, how are you today? How you are feeling is completely understandable, in fact it would be strange if you weren't feeling a bit crap after the last several months. The question is, and the one you asked, is what to do about it. Well looks like you've made the right moves so far, hope the ads help soon. Keep talking, love for now, Cam xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I don't think so.

jmg1 · 06/07/2004 22:41

fio I don't think so. I am not an expert but as she has two young children who is going to make her leave the house if push comes to shove? do you know what I mean. That is a big issue and surely she must have rights?

wobblyknicks · 07/07/2004 09:57

if anyone speaks to essbee, could they just post on here to say she's ok?
