Hi folks. I got a message from WB last night to say that her DD is in hospital in the High Dependancy Unit with pneumonia.

I have heard from her again this morning, and I am reassured to hear she has been taken out of the HDU and is in a room on her own, although still on a drip and on oxygen.

She wanted to thank Greeny and Hunker for their messages.

Im sure you all want to join me in wishing WB's DD a speedy recovery.

Please keep it bumped if you see this.

Thanks.

Boris - really delighted that it's all settling down and that dd is on road to recovery. Look after yourself - you've been through the mill this week.

Glad she's home Boris. Hope you're getting some sleep.

VeniVidiVickiQV · 01/12/2006 15:36

Bugger. Had a message from Boris. A possible set back.

Im not going to post what because I want her to come along and tell all herself.

FrannyandZooey · 02/12/2006 08:18

Well, somebody tell us!

MerryChristmasfromQV · 02/12/2006 08:20

Franny - she is staging a mini protest atm and is saying she's not posting on MN anymore - sort her out please!

The hospital called her up to ask her to bring DD back because they want to run tests for Cystic Fibrosis

FrannyandZooey · 02/12/2006 08:35

Oh Boris if you read this I am sorry to hear it

yes I guessed that was what was happening, about the posting - I would leave her to it VVV. She has her reasons and I would think she will get over it more quickly by being left to lick her wounds.

WelshBoris · 02/12/2006 08:44

"Lick my wounds"

oh ffs franny, what do you know about it?

MerryChristmasfromQV · 02/12/2006 08:48

Yay! Boris! How are you doing this morning?

Im guessing you've not had much sleep again?

FrannyandZooey · 02/12/2006 08:49

Morning Boris.

WelshBoris · 02/12/2006 08:51

I'm OK, spoke to my friends last night who has a son 17 with CF. Reassured me a lot about Madisons symptoms.

I have no wounds to lick franny, if I'm taking a break its because I cant stomach the sight of some peoples names on here

FrannyandZooey · 02/12/2006 08:54

Boris I don't know what has gone on and can only guess that something that has happened has hurt you. You know perfectly well I don't know any more as you have not told me. You have lashed out at me quite a bit lately and I am not really prepared to keep taking it on the chin.

FrannyandZooey · 02/12/2006 08:55

I have been thinking about Madison a lot and hoping for good news. Wanted to put this bit in a separate post. Hope to hear all is well as soon as possible.

WelshBoris · 02/12/2006 08:56

When was the last time we spoke Franny?

I cant remember tbh, because Im never on here anymore. If it was the argument we had, which I thought was resolved, then I apologised for that

If you feel that way, then fine. We havent spoken on here or via email for weeks anyway

WelshBoris · 02/12/2006 08:57

And no you dont know what happened, because you never asked.

So dont comment on it with "shes licking her wounds"

WelshBoris · 02/12/2006 08:57

Thanks for thinking of Madison, Ill update on here as soon as I know anything

MerryChristmasfromQV · 02/12/2006 09:00

Boris, my lovely - im sure Franny meant well.

I was talking to someone this morning who knows someone in their 40's who has been coping well with Cystic Fibrosis.

That said - I'm confident that they wont find that when they do the tests on Wednesday. I think they just want to 'officially' rule it out iykwim?
