Hi folks. I got a message from WB last night to say that her DD is in hospital in the High Dependancy Unit with pneumonia.

I have heard from her again this morning, and I am reassured to hear she has been taken out of the HDU and is in a room on her own, although still on a drip and on oxygen.

She wanted to thank Greeny and Hunker for their messages.

Im sure you all want to join me in wishing WB's DD a speedy recovery.

Please keep it bumped if you see this.

Thanks.

Boris - really delighted that it's all settling down and that dd is on road to recovery. Look after yourself - you've been through the mill this week.

Franny - she is staging a mini protest atm and is saying she's not posting on MN anymore - sort her out please!

The hospital called her up to ask her to bring DD back because they want to run tests for Cystic Fibrosis

Oh Boris if you read this I am sorry to hear it

yes I guessed that was what was happening, about the posting - I would leave her to it VVV. She has her reasons and I would think she will get over it more quickly by being left to lick her wounds.

"Lick my wounds"

oh ffs franny, what do you know about it?

Yay! Boris! How are you doing this morning?

Im guessing you've not had much sleep again?

Morning Boris.

I'm OK, spoke to my friends last night who has a son 17 with CF. Reassured me a lot about Madisons symptoms.

I have no wounds to lick franny, if I'm taking a break its because I cant stomach the sight of some peoples names on here

Boris I don't know what has gone on and can only guess that something that has happened has hurt you. You know perfectly well I don't know any more as you have not told me. You have lashed out at me quite a bit lately and I am not really prepared to keep taking it on the chin.

Report
FrannyandZooey · 02/12/2006 08:55

I have been thinking about Madison a lot and hoping for good news. Wanted to put this bit in a separate post. Hope to hear all is well as soon as possible.

When was the last time we spoke Franny?

I cant remember tbh, because Im never on here anymore. If it was the argument we had, which I thought was resolved, then I apologised for that

If you feel that way, then fine. We havent spoken on here or via email for weeks anyway

Boris, my lovely - im sure Franny meant well.

I was talking to someone this morning who knows someone in their 40's who has been coping well with Cystic Fibrosis.

That said - I'm confident that they wont find that when they do the tests on Wednesday. I think they just want to 'officially' rule it out iykwim?
