Hi folks. I got a message from WB last night to say that her DD is in hospital in the High Dependancy Unit with pneumonia.

I have heard from her again this morning, and I am reassured to hear she has been taken out of the HDU and is in a room on her own, although still on a drip and on oxygen.

She wanted to thank Greeny and Hunker for their messages.

Im sure you all want to join me in wishing WB's DD a speedy recovery.

Please keep it bumped if you see this.

We are home.

Thank you all so so much for your kind words and prayers, DD is still on steroids, antibiotics and her pumps but at least she is home in her own bed.

Thanks to those who texted and emailled aswell, I will reply but I don't really know where I am at the moment

I am really really tired, almost like jet lag. I slept in the hospital bed with DD, as had to have pumps every hour, and I needed to make sure she didnt get too upset if woken.

I ate well though, probably the first time since I was breastfeeding that I eat 3 meals a day!

Bet you are all glad to be home. Is she sleeping okay now?

She's sleeping now, last night she only had to be woken every 4 hours and has slept today.

I cant praise Nigel up enough, even my parents commented on the way he is with her and how supportive he has been this week.

Boris, I am so glad to hear that she is home and recovering - poor you, you must be absolutely exhausted. I hope you can get some proper rest now.xx

I had pneumonia once and bronchitis twice as a child and I'm a very healthy 45 year old now!
