Today:
Breakfast: Porridge with raisins, cinnamon & splenda, 1/2 an iced coffee with milk
Lunch: Subway Turkey & Ham with lots of salad, Sunbites crisps, Sprite
Snack: 4-5 slices wafer thin ham, raisins, grapes
Dinner: 5 slices of small stonebaked ham & mushroom pizza from Asda, with ranch dressing dip
God, that's really shit, isn't it....especially for trying to avoid refined carbs! I also normally wouldn't have had regular pop, but I couldn't face diet coke (have really gone off my diet cola recently and will try to keep it that way).
Swim was nice, getting out not as nice as I look like a beached whale and people still can't properly tell if I'm pregnant or just an extremely apple-shaped fat person.
The groceries have arrived today so will be having more fruit/veg tomorrow hopefully!
MrsNR, if any consolation, DS is making me absolutely nuts and I seem to spend all day shouting and cleaning up disasters. Today he deliberately flung a potty full of wee on the floor for no apparent fucking reason, and then still wanted his sweetie for going on the potty!
He didn't get it. Git. He's currently riding the dog like a horse despite being told off a billion times today for the same. Oh look, bedtime!!!
