Finished reading Allen Carr last night and havent touched an evil filthy ciggy all day.... no cravings nothing.

This is not bad considering i was on EASILY 20 fags a day! Yes I feel a little something is missing, but it isnt really. I just have more time to spend with my girls and be anle to run after Jess without feeling like im dying.

DH hasnt been great in the old praise department, so im here looknig for well dones from a bunch of strangers!!!

and again and again if necessary. I told you I read 4 different Allen Carr's and in the end, once I really took in and understood what he was saying, it was dead easy. It didn't get easier because it wasn't hard to start with. All my other attempts had been a nightmare and even if I did it for a while, I just kept wondering when the desire to smoke would go.
This time, I can absolutely say I have never even desired a drag.
So keep reading, or give yourself a break from it, see what happens and read it again in a couple of weeks.
He cured me, a regular (including 1st thing in the morning) smoker for 15ish years. He can cure anyone!
