I think it goes with the territory with cold turkey. Plus you'll also be fairly stressed which probably adds to it. Hang in, you're doing great!

Had a cup of coffee,2 mince pies(homemade by BOYFRIEND!) and then thought i would have a cigarette.The thought happened without me realising-does that make sense?! 2nd thought was oh my god what am i thinking!!! so i continue to choose NOT to smoke.Well done wesaidie and welcome

I drink 3 bottles of stella a night. Is that too much you think?

Depends on your size,fitness,how alcohol effects you,I could easily drink a bottle of wine myself! but after 2 babies I think 3 bottles of Stella would make me drunk!!!!

I couldn't drink a bottle of wine. I get very tiddly after a glass or two. But beer is kind of friendly in the evening. Dp works long late hours. I never feel even slightly pissed after my 3 beers but I don't know if that's a good or bad thing!

size / build, I'm tall 5,8", but not very heavy, 8.5 - 9 stone. Haven't weighed myself in ages. Wear size 8-10 usually. Lanky.

You are obviously fit! enjoy your beer,much better for you than those cancer sticks,we are hardly going to damage our livers! I am 5foot 11 and 10stone,I thought I was lanky!

Gosh, so you're kind of same build as me only taller! I never used to have this evening beer habit, it came with quitting smoking. I also developed a black coffee addiction.

Been on black coffee all my life,how anyone can put milk or sugar in or drink Tea heavens above!
The great thing about Stella is that its always on offer!

zipadedodah,Day 5 things r getting alot easier,I opened the fridge to find 3 pouches of American Spirit Tobacco! instead of thinking ooh i will just pinch one!! they may as well of been tubes of tomato puree.Dont think I am smelling fresh right now!

Boyfriends supplies! god knows why he keeps it in fridge? I will not be tempted.He has been very supportive but continues to smoke himself!
Fortunately we have always had a rule of no smoking in the house which helps.

The bar i am going to tomorrow for xmas do is 100% non smoking-really looking forward to night out smoke free
