so that is what has ccaused the loss of sight in his left eye. he has been perscribed aspirin as well as warfarin, surgeons will be consulted to see if he needs to be removed from the transplant list again.

Loads of best wishes
Much love to you and the girls

misdee · 23/10/2005 21:08

he is still on it atm, from what he said i 'think' what will happen is that if something comes up in the next 2-4weeks then they will have to consult the surgeons first. this is because he will be placed on a bypass machine which lowers blood pressure and could cause further damage.

I hope he gets a new heart soon, its so unfair that you have been through so much already and now face more hurdles.

misdee · 23/10/2005 21:12

i am hoping that nothing comes up in the next 4 weeks. sounds awful but a heart became available and he couldnt have it because of his clot, then i;d be forever thinking if it was really suitable and would we be out of this hell.

He has had a few false hopes hasn't he. Hope that you don't find yourself in that situation then, you'll end up driving yourself mad with asking 'what if'.

I'm so sorry to hear about this, I ahve no words to tell you how much I admire your strength. Can't believe things could get even worse, if the laws of karma are true, I'm sure that you are up for something extraordinary. Lots of hugs and hope for things to get better soon.
