This week I will mostly try not to use any of the following for my non existent weight loss:
Stress, my period, insanity, children or rage.

saf your menu sounds very regal. I have had a smoothie today. Oh, and an apple. Jacket potato for tea because DH is working and I'm not cooking for one.

Oh God. I've just found a tub of Haagen Daas chocolate, praline and caramel ice cream sitting in my freezer. DH mustve bought it... It's full too... It's just sat there, looking at me with it's enticing chocolatey eyes...

saf I'm going to give that risotto a bash next week. It sounds tasty, and DH shall think me worldly and sophisticated.

bitter hat situation?

Went to the butchers today to stock up on slow cooker meats (oh yeah) and I got; 4 chicken breasts (snigger; breasts), 4 lamb chops, 2 rump steaks, 6 sausages, 8 thingys of bacon, 1lb beef skirt, 6 free range heggs, Cornish garlic yarg and some cheddar they make out the back for.... £35. Gerrup there!
