Today I have eaten ok. Hunters chicken and curly fries for dinner. I am aiming for Fat Free January.

Need caffeine and sleep.

Bacon bap, diet coke, 2 pints of water and steak for dinner, peas and herby tatties.

Some form of desert depending on what Delia and Nigella cook up

No exercise other than fixing my SatNav/PC.

Bloody thing frustrated the pants off me.

I love toasted cheese paninis. My major weakness is tuna melt on a panini.

Tuna and cheese rocks, but it has to have black pepper.

Cracked black pepper is best.

Now I want tuna melt paninis, not steak for dinner!

I'm having herby potatoes so may grate some cheese onto them.

Hair LOVES cold water. Close the folicals (SP?) so that they lie flat, giving much more of an even texture, thus creating shine.

I'd take you out doll if we were nearer. We could do birthday drinks!

I know for a FACT that you are far from boring lovely. Enjoy work, try not to fall alseep in the fridge section.

SAF - can you imagine? Good God! I'm quite a night owl at times and in the good old days, could party until the last man standing dropped.

Drink anyone under the table and dance the night away.

I'm lucky if I get a cup of coco in before falling alseep these days

I'd make the effort though if we went out, if any of us went out.
