SAF - That's why I don't think I could cope with Wii Fit, knowing that no exercise for one day (due to pain or Nemo) would really hack me off. I'd hate seeing the weight going up every day.

I gave up smoking for the new year! It has been hell so far, but think I am over the worst now.

bitter I am going through one and half packet of biscuits a day atm. I go into the kitchen (I smoked at the back door) and don't know what reason I have for going in so I have another biscuit. I am not over weight though but I soon will be!
