those are the kind of days where i realise it's bin day and stagger out in the street in pj's and wellies looking like cat sick to the amusement of the bin men

they're always really helpful though and bring the bin back to the door and stuff.

i now have the added beauty of stuck together eyes in the morning.

i've gotta get cracking soon with doing stuff. so not in the mood for christmas eve at this stage. will need loud music and movement soon i think.

make me some dubs. i've only had one cup because i'm stuck to the sofa.

tummy is queasy but hope it'll be ok by tonight. my sis (who i was with a lot over the last few days) has d&v bug. guess that would explain things. thought it was odd that a couple of pints in the afternoon had caused such a reaction.

the pair of us have had everything this year.

hopefully as the house warms up it will thaw?

dumb question probably but is it a pipe you could get to?

have more coffee, iron is heating up. gonna try for getting enough of the ironing done to have clothes for over christmas and then hide the rest out of sight.

then it will be big clear up and clean mission then for some reason i'm cooking spinach and potato curry from scratch.

DS seems better, DD seems worse. Ho hum.

ds is full of bug again bless him. bleary eyed and coughing and sneezing.

maybe ds is a day ahead of dd blitz - he was ill on wednesday wasn't he.

kitchen at front of house? and do you have an open drain and outlet bit there? don't know if it would do any good to go pour hot water about.

ironing underway - quick smoke break.

I need DS to have a nap today so I can finish wrapping. Fingers crossed.

Nemo had a great night again, stayed in his cot all night!

DH is out hunter gathering, I'm dressed but not showered, that will be later and into fresh pjs and then into a fresh bed.

Wood burner is lit, childers fed, all wrapping done, just a few cards to write and stuff to get out of the freezer.

Maybe some tidying too and finsh DH's 'daddy' card with DD.

Oh, and I need a coffee or 10.

Mrs Christmas says to Father Christmas 'What's that dripping noise coming from the roof?'

turkey is because it is a big enough bird to feed the whole family and is cheap bubs - think that's about it. think the upper echelons have tended towards nicer foul.

just had two guys here to fix my windows. they've replaced the hinges on the one that lets the wind pour in but just oiled the others and are going to put in a ticket saying they need replacing down here. it won't happen but it's nice of them to try.

bathroom bleached from top to bottom to escape the ironing for a minute. coffee and fag then back on with it.

I'm having a quick ciggie then need to crack on.

really should entertain more. since i started inviting people over my house is gradually getting more and more tidy. other than my bedroom which is turning into the black whole of clutter and laundry.

off out to get few last bits then got to set wii up (mole has already tried to eat it once this morning) then play games then tidy then hopefully drink loads of baileys, shag and pass out

you bought it? oh well done. mine's on order from amazon so will be a new excitement after christmas is done with.
