Oh your poor Mum (and Dad, of course). Is she in a lot of pain or does she have some nice meds? I think it's a spot on idea to go ahead with the curry night, no point in spoiling it all - she is in very good hands. You can always have another when she comes out Grin

Happy hols to SR, and yay! to RWU for the shopping. I lurve IKEA. We have one pretty near to us now, so I have to stay well clear or we'd be awash.

Off to do a bit of work (sigh). Dh has taken dd and her friend to see Cov City play Crystal Palace. They were both very excited but I'd rather be here chatting and having a Biscuit and a Brew. I really do love these new symbols Grin

Just a quickie to say hello and try to catch up a bit. I have so much back reading to do! Hope you're all ok. Things ok here but chaos as usual.

I know a few hundred messages back there was a convo going re: how your diagnoses and experiences had made you do new things and re-evaluate your lives. Well, I know I have not had anywhere near the experiences you folks have but I felt the same when I got my good news, and was so grateful how lucky I am. I have made the first mini change and signed up for race for life. I've thought of it before and never done it but this year I will, with you ladies, and the support you gave me, in my mind as I gallumph my way around. One small step for Phil!!!
