it's my favourite joke to this day. best when you get someone who keeps repeating, "i done a poo!" ever louder in a confused voice whilst i giggle like a three year old

my friend at school's favourite joke was,

'two biscuits rolling down a hill.

one says to the other,

"where do you live then?"

the other replies,

"i'm not telling you, you'll come and nick my washing"'

at which point she'd laugh hysterically for a good 5 minutes whilst people looked at her concernedly.

BlitzenAndCupidsSleighDodger · 01/12/2010 21:40

Confused Grin

Two snowmen sitting in a field.

One says to the other 'Can you smell carrots?'

YouKnowStuffingisforLunch · 01/12/2010 21:42

Blitz that is h's favourite joke,

Can someone feed me the line so I can give ds's punchilne?

SantaIsAnAnagramOfSatan · 01/12/2010 21:42

my sister just texted saying it's been good this month (parents away) and we should try and keep it up. it really has been good. have been aware though that i shouldn't get to used to it because all could quite likely change again once our parents were back on the scene. would be nice to think it wouldn't but it's a long pattern now.

anyway brian your mum has had the soul for a long time now - make sure she sends it back this way on monday please.

SantaIsAnAnagramOfSatan · 01/12/2010 21:43

oh i like that one bitter! i will try and remember that.

YouKnowStuffingisforLunch · 01/12/2010 21:44

Glad it's been good satan, do you all live close by?

SantaIsAnAnagramOfSatan · 01/12/2010 21:47

yes for the last couple of years i live in the same village as them.

never thought i'd end up here but it's alright you know. the world leaves me in peace here. i'm getting old and more easily pleased. either that or i've given up Wink

BlitzenAndCupidsSleighDodger · 01/12/2010 21:48

Plus you live round the corner from me Satan, you can't put a price on that. Grin

SantaIsAnAnagramOfSatan · 01/12/2010 21:49

do you know, this is a bit sad (as in twatty) but i will really miss you guys.

i'm so used to my day being entwined with yours, seeing who's up and sharing my inane details. will be weird not talking to you in the morning or saying goodnight.

i'm actually worried about myself Grin

YouKnowStuffingisforLunch · 01/12/2010 21:50

:o you're a braver lady than me. I think I'd end up killing my family if I moved back. They've all ended up near each other, whilst I am far far away. I love them... But after a week or so patience wears thin on all sides :o

TheMousefaceBeforeChristMouse · 01/12/2010 21:50

Nemo puked.

I don't get any of those earlier jokes. The one worded ones.

I'm done in.

SantaIsAnAnagramOfSatan · 01/12/2010 21:51

mine drive me mad and the feeling is probably mutual but they're mine.

YouKnowStuffingisforLunch · 01/12/2010 21:51

Santa I hope that's not weird because I've been missing chatting since I started work! So it must be normal... Mustn't it?!! please? It is, isn't it?!

X

SantaIsAnAnagramOfSatan · 01/12/2010 21:52

aww mouse, hope you get a good night's sleep.

the one word ones you need to say aloud and add 'who' on the end.

YouKnowStuffingisforLunch · 01/12/2010 21:52

Santa that's lovely :)

Mousey :(. Poor you, poor nemo. Have a (((()))). X

YouKnowStuffingisforLunch · 01/12/2010 21:54

And for ds, because he needs the end of the joke

Europe who?

No! YOU'RE A POO!!!

Cue hysterical laughter :o

SantaIsAnAnagramOfSatan · 01/12/2010 21:55

i always tell ds he's stuck with me and i'm stuck with him and we're stuck together. i suppose with all the shit that went on in my family growing up i still came away with the sense that you don't quit family. shoot each other maybe but not quit Grin

SantaIsAnAnagramOfSatan · 01/12/2010 21:56

ooh that was a nice hug blitz!

Hakuna Matata? Confused

YouKnowStuffingisforLunch · 01/12/2010 22:00

Right I am off to try to get some sleep.

Night all.

Saf have a great time, but do buy some knickers when you get there, there's a love.

:o

You're all poos.

SantaIsAnAnagramOfSatan · 01/12/2010 22:01

that's the thing with my mum even though she treated me awfully and my dad theoretically loved me and was nicer to me she never abandoned me and he tried to several times.

whatever. it's all in the past and people are going to die so in the scale of mortality grudges look a bit daft.

sorry no idea what's sent me off on the deep and meaningfuls - think it was watching ds go off in the car with my sister and realising i was leaving the country without him. never done that, our meet up was the only time i'd been away somewhere without him with me till now.

i'm being a baby.

someone slap me Smile

TheMousefaceBeforeChristMouse · 01/12/2010 22:01

No, that is the Lion King Blitz.

Night UNO xx
