Have you tried it melted? On toast? It may be less tangy melted.

I'd do mash with it in, cheesey toast, cheesy wedges, in the middle of a chicken breast with herbs and garlic, that sort of thing.

Failing that, give it to your hubby for resting his paint brushes on to dry?
