Hi folks, so sorry haven't been on here much - still no smokes, dh still off them too - a fag free month for him now - gonna get through next week lozzied-up then attempt to cut down the following weekend when am at mum's and on school hols.

just wanted to say hello, still haven't quite finished the book. I have had a bit of a wobble. Still want to give up and see it being in the next week but am having a bit of a hard time at the mo. Dont want to fail and I need to be in the right frame of mind.

spookylucy, go for it when you're ready. You need a firm resolve. The morning I started I'd saved my Last Fag to have out of dp's window and I lit the wrong end and had to chuck it away. That was that, what an anti-climax

Hee hee hee! I havent come up with a last fag scenario yet! That has given me something to think about.

What a daft way to end my daft habit, eh? I haven't been a saint by any means since quitting, I've had a few stumbles here and there but now fully back on track. About 10 days clean now I think. It gets easier in terms of cravings, harder in terms of seeing yourself repeat your stupid self.
