🤢

Apileofballyhoo · 05/07/2024 17:31

At least it wasn't 13.

ThreeFeetTall · 05/07/2024 17:38

Why are some seats only declaring now?

equisetum · 05/07/2024 17:46

I think they had a couple of re counts as it was a close call.

OP posts:
LaurieFairyCake · 05/07/2024 17:49

Less than 70 votes in it

How awful

Maddy70 · 05/07/2024 17:50

They still all get to fit in a hatchback car ..... not quite the victory you wanted i suspect

Topseyt123 · 05/07/2024 17:51

Appalling. What is wrong with people that they can think it is fine to vote for racist misogynists, and others can think it is excellent!?

LadyWhistled0wn · 05/07/2024 17:52

Says everything about you if you think a party who call autistic people vegetables are excellent. Vile!

Flowerypaintings · 05/07/2024 17:52

I’m sure Holly valance/Candy is already planning the party for them all

TheLeadbetterLife · 05/07/2024 17:56

They're not even a real party. They'll burn out and collapse before the next election, like they always do. Farage will be a shite constituency MP, get bored and go back to doing right wing US talk shows.

You mean getting pissed down the pub on taxpayers expense.

Doesn't it just!! Yet OP seems delighted and calls it excellent.

I can only think they have little or no contact with autistic people. These people should hang their heads in shame rather than proclaiming excellence.

Either way. They need to build a party infrastructure and a ground game if they want to seriously compete instead of being rabble rousing gobshites. They will not be arsed to put the work in.

Roselilly36 · 05/07/2024 18:00

A win is a win, they were right to ask for a re count. It was a close call though.

Sorry, can you please explain how they are racists? With facts from the party and mandate not facts and quotes from social media ‘people’ or the biased news.

AutumnCrow · 05/07/2024 18:03

Nigel Farage
Richard Tice
Lee Anderson
Rupert Lowe
James McMurdock

It's the Take That of politics. The youngest will be first out.

Shall we go back the past god knows how many years, and talk about the things that have been said by Labour and Tories and so on? lol

Gingerisgoodforyou · 05/07/2024 18:05

Farage is such an odious man - can't bear Reform or him.

Curiouserandcuriouserer · 05/07/2024 18:06

I’m not a reform voter but it’s telling that the media are being quiet about this 5th seat. If I were Farage I would be asking for recounts in constituencies where the vote was close.

Curiouserandcuriouserer · 05/07/2024 18:08

Also I’m not particularly a Farage fan but it’s extremely impressive that he came along at the last minute and managed to drum up more votes for his party than the Lib Dems received.

it’s not nothing.

and I also think ignoring large portions of the populace is done at our peril.

Farage & his party got 5 seats, why should the media be coving it? Despite what he thinks Farage isn’t the story, the new party of government & the new PM are the story.
garage already gets a disproportionate amount of coverage

bergamotorange · 05/07/2024 18:12

Farage booming 'boring boring boring' like a teenager is one of the most embarrassing things I've seen all campaign Confused

the media should be covering that a recount was done as there was an error in one constituency, yes. They would have done so with any other party.

That time has passed. The Reform party agents have accepted the results at the counts.

It is being reported on all news sites.

But what really is the big news here? A seat had a recount because it was close. The result is now known. Update the Reform tally from four to five.
