I think the poster who speculated that Penny has been briefed to get Angela to blow up has it right. She’s volatile and has form for, ahem, forthright comments.

Reading through the last few posts, Mordaunt, Farage and Rayner have been called rude.

I think Rayner is being quite restrained, actually. She is waiting her turn and not shouting. It's unconscious bias that people think she is loud and brash.
