Another late flowering plant

Fuschia. 'Wendy's Beauty' has flowered from June 😀 Just left in a sheltered spot over last winter.

Thanks! I also removed a slate border that was half buried and out in the edge. Made the bed slightly smaller so need some grass. H told me not to do it until spring in case we get another freeze but our housing association sent a letter to “rectify” the dead plants/tree problems, so 🤞🏼

So you had extra work digging out the slate...Great job! And extra kudos. Do you live in an area that gets quite cold in the winter? Even if some plants don't survive, at least you've gotten the hard work done

Thank you @Sweetpea 🥰, so kind. I am well thanks, just been a bit busy, can't believe how fast time flies though! I have a lot of winter prep to do in the garden because of all the snow we get here, so I've been really busy with that. It's half my own fault really though, I just can't resist buying new plants all the time so I'm always making more work for myself! We also had DH's parents here visiting for a week which was lovely, but busy!

I picked up a Cyclamen from Lidl too @applecatchers36! Lovely bright colours.

Not much excitement in the garden for me at the moment, I did pick up some bargain houseplants the other day though. A couple of Chrysanthemums (the blooms on the orange one are huge!) and a white Poinsettia which I haven't seen before. They were all reduced to just €0.50 each 😁 👍🏼

Boy you do have your hands full. Id forgotten how much snow and cold you get! Hope inlaw visit is going well. Those indoor flowers are stunning. What on earth is a white poinsettia doing in bloom right now? They don't come out here until Christmas...you really hit a jackpot with your colourful, rock bottom prices house plants...they look so healthy., too!
