Just a little fourward planning . We are all looking forward to another thread of fabulous pictures. It can be a quiet time but I am sure some of us will have autumnal colours to share . The trees are starting to turn here . I have just picked an allium from my photo collection to start the thread off .
You are very welcome to finish or visit the old thread . I do not know how to do ... this is the old thread here thing .

I'm finally joining you all with my one and only rose.... ''Wild Edric''

Like yours Anne GJ is still thinking about it Confused
I've been feeding mine with Tomato food. A knowledgeable gardener told me yesterday that tomato feed does not have the required nutrients for what roses really need.... I could cry! 😭

Fabulous pictures 🌸

Some great colours here. That anemone @applecatchers36 😚

Had a lovely sit outside as dusk fell, watching some robins on the bird feeder. Still very purple here as you'll see - don't really do red, though I love it. Some orange later on, and pink.

I made this little miniature garden in a plant pot today. Little alpine plants and an aquarium pagoda ornament. I’m going to add tea lights and out it on my patio.

Beautiful rose colour @AlwaysOnAbloodyDiet.

AlwaysOnAbloodyDiet · 11/06/2021 11:46

Thank you StyleDesperation I have a Clematis in a similar colour. It has just bloomed today. Isn't it so exciting to walk around the garden and see what's new.
I love your wildflowers.

That is gorgeous @Auntienumber8
It's like a fairy garden for children, but for adults Grin

Clematis (picture won't attach, I'll try again later)

@AlwaysOnAbloodyDiet my clematis flowers are being eaten as soon as they open, such a shame because they are beautiful for about 5 minutes!

Pic of my rhododendron.

Also I'm pleased with how this planter turned out, I just bunged some leftover plants in there to brighten up a shady spot on the patio. Might need to rescue the buried skimmia though!

My lupins. I grew them from seed last year and they weren't very impressive but this year they're fab! I'm so chuffed Smile

Feltipenny- I love that planter!! What is in it?

FeltTipPenny · 11/06/2021 13:52

@tarapinn thanks! It's a viola at either end, armeria at the back and there's also a tiny busy lizzy hidden in there which may not have enough growing room now!

FeltTipPenny · 11/06/2021 13:52

Your lupins do look amazing!

AnneKipanki · 11/06/2021 14:29

I love lupins.

So beautiful @applecatchers36

A few days of sunshine has made such a difference to my roses.

I'm almost certain this is 'The Ancient Mariner'. I planted it and Olivia next to one another, and they are so similar. I should have left the tags on

My first ever tiny salvia flower. Bought from Sarah Raven, apparently helps protect roses from fungal diseases. Fantastic colour.

Salvia x jamensis 'Nachtvlinder'

Wow I've missed so much, but so lovely to pop on and see so much colour and beauty 😍

Love that idea @Auntienumber8, it looks brilliant

@Sweetpea1532 after accidentally standing on my lilies as their broke through, my husband kicked a football (totally missed) and snapped off the heads of my geraniums 🤦🏽‍♀️.

Roses finally bloomed today 😊 and what a sight. (The red one is suffering from fungal attacks so it's put in a separate area, wondering whether it will survive
