Of our gardens, plants and flowers?

Here are some of my current blooms from around my garden; Cistus, Hydrangea and Mallows, all pink Smile

(I think mumsnet only allow 3 uploads)?

Lovely photos Smile. Stunning agapanthus - one of my favourite flowers.

The only today on my Lavatera. I call it the Mardy plant as it seems to be struggling. It's a no-colour and I wonder if plants that have been tagged around with are less robust ?

Alliums- amazing colour/spread this year and always full of bees.

That should of said the Lavatera was a bi- colour

This pretty little thing is on its third year of flowering, when I think it's supposed to be a Bedford plant. I was too lazy to deal with them at the end of summer and they came back so now leave them

All so pretty Smile 🌸

@LifeOfBox I'm definitely going to plant Allium bulbs in autumn. I don't have any in my garden.

This is my Japanese Anemone today. I hope all the others will hurry up Grin

Do alliums come back every year? Are they easy to look after and how tall do they grow? Thanks

Flashesofrage · 04/08/2019 12:49

Top thread with loads of gorgeous gardens 😍

I’m going to post what mine looked like when I moved in first 👍

We had it completely cleared in April 2017 👍

Husband just wanted turf but I managed to negotiate a v. small border 🤣

Yes alliums come back year after year, different heights and variety’s

userxx · 04/08/2019 13:19

@Flashesofrage It would be mine too. You've got a lovely garden.

LifeOfBox · 04/08/2019 13:22

Yes they do. You can get all sorts of heights/types. Definitely no looking after required.

grumpypug · 04/08/2019 13:26

Thanks @LifeOfBox They sound like my kind of flowers!

Orange blossom in full bloom and the tub by the back foot with mint and geranium

Moondancer73 · 04/08/2019 13:45

Try again with the orange blossom

Vanillelle · 04/08/2019 13:58

Not sure if this is working - why is it so hard to upload photos on the mumsnet app?!
