Another of my hydrangea blooms. Rather slow to bloom, but worth the wait.
Some flowers on the same blossom are pink.

I'll post a full shot when it's in full bloom.

I love all the pictures Smile

Yes I think you are right @AlwaysOnAbloodyDiet & pp ,they are identical to your Japanese anemone ,how exciting!
So many buds forming ,I can't believe how big it is .
I think I will forgive the birds for decimating my black currant seeing as they've gifted me something much more beautiful.

So many beautiful gardens & plants on this thread ,I am limited to what I can have at the moment, the football takes many casualties ... but I am making a mental note of what I will have in future Grin

I’m really impressed with my gardening skills this year, particularly the fuchsias and the starry petunias. Just waiting on that fuchsia in the first photo to bloom as not sure what type it is!

Yes, @BobTheDuvet I'm always planting!
I'm lucky (or unlucky, depending on my mood) to have enormous garden space

There is easily enough space for it to be a gardener's FT job. I need one 😩

We are planning on turning the back into a wildflower meadow.

I love it so much though, especially all the birds & wildlife Smile

Not so many flowers, but here are a couple from our garden - two pieces that had help from a designer and one of our patches of daisies naturalised in the lawn.

Looks big and wild @macshoto
I am still disappointed in my tub with petunias. I have more leaves than flowers.

I finally saw a butterfly on my Buddleia today, which btw, has grown completely out of all control 😮 They are so scarce this year (the butterflies)

I bought the birdbath yesterday. I've always wanted one and fell in love with the rose detail on it. I haven't finished planting around it yet.
I'm patiently waiting for the birds to notice it 🤞

Have a lovely weekend gardening Smile

@BobTheDuvet I will check out those YouTube videos!
