My garden is looking very green and vibrant today.

I can see:
Apple blossom
Camellia (although the flowers are starting to drop)
Forget me nots
Lungwort
Hellebores are hanging on
Euphorbia are doing their limey green thing and perking up one corner
Bluebells
Chaenomeles

What can you see? And what region are you in? (And I might nick your ideas )

Argh - forget to say that although the greenery is lovely, I'm impatient for the flowers to get going.

Blue bells, Glasnevin and 'ephant ears' -can't recall their proper names! The chives and chervil are just getting ready to go too

I like the sound of Glasnevin - especially if it smells nice. is it related to Deadly Nightshade? It has similar flowers.

Similar to you Perspicacia. Tulips. Apple tree just coming out. Hellebores hanging on. Loads of forget me nots. Forsythia. A couple of late narcissi.

We've just moved house and it's really exciting seeing what's in the garden. The previous owners seem to have been mad keen on aquilegia, there are loads of plants which will be bursting into flower a month or two from now!

I love aquilegia - they always look very elegant.

mousmous - do you know what sort of clematis? I'm up for recommendations as we've just had to take out our big clematis when the arch and fence it grew on collapsed in a storm plus it didn't flower much.

Something pink that I have no idea what it is but it's very pretty

First hints of some white hydrangea

In the kitchen garden
Marigolds
Strawberry flowers
Periwinkles again

Primroses - hundreds of them, everywhere, also forget-me-nots. Also some bluebells, though mostly the Spanish variety, and a few white ones.

A few violets left in the rockery and between the patio flagstones. Tulips, grape hyacinths, and Loddon lilies in the front border.

Flowering shrubs - the forsythia is almost over, but Kerria, flowering currant and quince are doing well, and the lilac tree is nearly in full flower, so is the laurel, and next-door's apple tree

here's the Glasnevin, the comments in the link aren't too pleased with it so it seems, but I like it and I've it trained to a fence

I think it's clematis montana. (was here hen we moved in, is a beast of a plant)
smells divine in the evenings.

I've bought 2 pots of lavender but have no idea how to look after them. They're so pretty. I know nothing about gardening but I love lavender and plan to have it everywhere. I guess I should mixit up a bit but need to have pots rather than planters. Ideas welcome.

We have tulips and late daffs going strong, the azalias look great and the white rhododendron is just just coming out, pink one resolutely in bud (note use of technical gardening terms!)
Rosemary is flowering and the apple tree is in full blossom after last year when it was dire.
Forsythia gone over a bit, pulmonaria, which has taken over while I blinked is at least pretty at the mo.
In the front the primulas are lovely, a solitary grape hyacinth and a single red carnation doing it's best!
Oh and broom lots of broom.

Yes, all the greenery is lovely. But we've just discovered we've got box tree catapillars so need to deal with them somehow.

I've gone lavender mad too here - have planted 5 in the last week, varying different types. They look and smell divine.

We have tulips, 1 lone daffodil, primroses, cowslips (just on the turn), muscari, auberita, cherry blossom, geranium, hydranaga, aquilegia, bluebells, hellebores, forgetmenots, primulas, campanulas in bud, tons of other stuff about to burst into flower so looking forward to that!
