Goats cheese is just any cheese made with goats milk. Just like cows milk cheese, it varies from soft cheeses to cheddar and edam types.
You can see more information about fabulous goats milk products made in the UK, at www.sthelensfarm.co.uk/ and www.delameredairy.co.uk/ which are the 2 main manufacturers. They both do cheddar type cheeses which are yumm - you dont know what you are missing, but dont give up your ignorant prejudices, because Id hate to find that all the goats cheddar was sold out next time I vist the supermarket.

Goats milk only smells if you feed the goats crap. St Helens and Delamere milks are both very mild tasting, because the goats have a good diet.

feta should be made with sheeps cheese, but a lot that is imported from places like Denmark is actually made with cows milk.

you can buy sheeps milk wensleydale in yorkshire.
