I think I am addicted to food :-(

I just do not stop eating.

I am always thinking about when I will be eating next and just love food.

I am piling the pounds on and really not sure how to manage it.

I know I need to cut calorie intake as I hate my body but then to cheer myself up I reach for the crisps, choc, biscuits etc. Vicious circle

OK - obviously I have no problem at all with anyone trying to eat healthily. My problem is with 'this is the diet that will end all my worries'. I'll keep an eye on it for you!!

oh, nothng will work for anyone if the person doesn't work for it...what I liek about Jason Vales style is, that he relaly busts some myths and that he really mentally prepare you for the task in hand, etc...!

thanks londonmamma you are so right i have started loads of diets, and they dont work as i have a really massive prob with food, but this time i want to lose weight which i know i can do but i put it back on as i havent delt with the issues, but i have now books on there way from amazon to hopefully make me understand my relationship with food better.. fingers crossed.....
