Feeling nosey and trying to work out some sort of routine now I'm back at work. Would love to know:-

1 - Do you give your children a snack when they get home from school or do you cook tea straight away?

2 - What time (roughly) do your kids have their evening meal?

3 - Do you and your DP/DH eat with children or later?

4 - Do you all eat the same meal or do you make seperate dishes for children and adults?

5 - Do your children have "supper" (ie milk and biscuit) before they get into bed?

Thanks.

1 - snack at home time; varies, sometimes fruit or a cake or a bisucit or a yoghurt.

2 - About 6 pm

3 - I eat with them. DH does if he is home but when working he eats later.

4 - We all eat the same.

5 - No drinks or food at bedtime unless we have early tea - 5pm - then they might have soem apple or banana for supper.

Tea straight away - they're starving.

2 - What time (roughly) do your kids have their evening meal?

As soon as they get back - but that varies between 4pm and 6pm.

3 - Do you and your DP/DH eat with children or later?

Later, when they're in bed, currently around 8pm.

4 - Do you all eat the same meal or do you make seperate dishes for children and adults?

All seperate.

5 - Do your children have "supper" (ie milk and biscuit) before they get into bed?

No.

We all eat together at 7pm (ish), and we all eat the same. We usually don't have snacks (unless feeling severely peckish or there's just been a school cake sale), and the children never have milk and a biscuit before bed (though, after a bad day, DH and I might have a midnight feast )
