oh, I forgot frickadells. They are the nearest thing to English sausages, but not in skins. I love them too.

cows knees, lol harpsi, I will ask them.

have you seen bava rian cookery books, 199 pages of meat/offal recipes and 2 pages of vegetables and puddings.
still, I cant complain, my work has a fabulous canteen, around 10 different types of salad every day, it is salad heaven and I couldnt possibly chop all those different things myself.

I have to pass up most of them, because theyve got butter and cows milk in. I can sometimes be found with my nose pressed against the bakery window, miaowing with desire.
