Adding ice cubes before you whisk it up makes it even nicer Bizkit
I'm very happy eating lots of veg too but smoothies are a quick and easy way of getting even more raw veg in. Plus things like raw ginger, wheatgrass, seeds, spirulina powder which I wouldn't normal eat. I don't do juices either which is why I like the nutribullet I bought.
Pretty good day food wise today. Porridge and berries for breakfast. Banana and NÃ ked snack bar mid morning. Tuna pimped up salad for lunch. Smoothie and apple mid afternoon. Roasted tri coloured peppers, red onion, tomatoes and courgette with chicken, feta and bulger wheat, quinoa and barley for dinner.
Drank 2 litres of water and now having a peppermint tea.
Smoothie was spinach, pea shoots, bit of kale, strawberries, chia seeds, coconut oil and coconut water. Added ice cubes before blending too. Looked terrible but tasted good.
