I think this thread has opened my eyes to paying a bit more attention to what ham I buy. So, stupid question here: Where does Tesco helthy living ham fit into all of this... or don't I want to know?

harpsichordcarrier · 15/01/2006 15:47

i have to say that working on a pig farm is not conducive to eating pork
because oddly enough it smells like warm pig
TMI?

puff · 15/01/2006 15:47

also rofl about mad eyed women scrabbling in bottom of trolley for other people's shopping lists

misdee · 15/01/2006 15:48

i dont buy 'nice ham' i but 'real ham' rather than the fake plasticy stuff. ok i lie, dd1 likes the fake plasticy stuff. and i've worked on the deli and seen how awful they are and wont buy some foods from counters. avoid bakeries as well lol.

I love those packs of sausages that say "these sausages are made from happy pigs who volunteered to be slaughtered and went to their deaths whistling..."
