Shawshank Redemption - when they discover how Andy escaped

Ocean's 12 - the "laser dance" in the museum (and the soundtrack of it)

Platoon - Elias running out of the jungle and trying to make it to the chopper

Hair - when Berger has no choice but to board the plane

Phantom Menace - the Darth Maul/Obi Van Kenobi fight

Untouchables - the shootbout on the rtain station stairs

Frozen - Elsa "Let it go" (Stockholm Syndrome? )

St Elmo's Fire when Billy kisses an upside down Demi Moore and is playing a sax.

When Ferris Bueller appears on the carnival float and starts singing Twist and Shout.

Samuel L Jackson shooting the boy in Pulp Fiction and saying 'I'm sorry, did that break your concentration?'

The scene where Scarlet O'Hara attends Ashley's party dressed in red.

Hungary games, when Rue dies.

King Kong (w Jessica Lange) - when they shoot King Kong.
I think I was 12 when I saw it. I felt so sorry for him I cried for 2 days.

Scarlet O'Hara at the bbq with all the Men flocking around her.

Atonement, Dunkirk scene, it was filmed in our town, just done so beautifully.
Guardians of the galaxy, opening scene, the music and Starlord, I fell in love with him from that moment on!!
Harry Potter, when Harry meets Ron and Hermione.
Inglorious Bastards, the scene where Michael Fassbender's character is outed by the way he orders beers in the inn. Very intense!
Warhorse, most of it made me cry but the scenes with Joey running through no man's land to get away from the guns and Tom Hiddleston's face where he realises they are all pretty much doomed.
The Avengers, Loki confronts the Hulk and ends up smashed into the ground. Also absolutely love all the little snippets at the end of each Marvel film. Brilliant!

Local Hero when he's in the phone booth trying to give a running commentary of the Northern Lights to the boss in the US.

YY cp brilliant film. Love how, despite everything, Johnny lets him go.

Officer and a Gentleman when Richard Gere walks into the factory in full dress uniform and carries her out.

Yes yes to LOTR Battle of Helms Deep, love that. Also 'I am no man' in the last one. And so many in Last of the Mohicans, esp when the younger sister kills herself by jumping off the cliff.

Cheesy but I love the lift scene in "Singles" with Matt Dillon and Bridget Fonda when she sneezes and he says "bless you".

The scene in trainspotting when Spud is sharing a milkshake with Renton and then goes to his job interview.

The Island, when they discover they are clones and see a fellow clone give birth.

Oh the end of Pan's Labyrinth when the housekeeper sings her a lullaby - also, the very disturbing part where the Capitan catches the guys who are poaching rabbits.
