Pregnant NYC Bike "Karen" was the victim, not the agressor

Trial by social media for a pregnant woman who cried when a man tried to steal the bike she's hired is tried and hung by social media, and put on unpaid leave from her job, with no evidence or investigation:

It turns out she had paid for the bike and he has no evidence he paid. But he is not the subject of the internets wrath, no consequences for him.

I hope she takes her employers to court and wins a massive settlement. Surreal levels of misogyny and hatred directed to a pregnant healthcare worker who did nothing wrong at all.

Will this ever be recognised for what it is?

You “pointed out” my hypocrisy by claiming I believe something I don’t (and then didn’t acknowledge when I clarified that you were wrong) so well done there, I suppose.

Who are “y’all” btw? All white women? Anyone who disagrees with you? Anyone whose views you decide to make up so you can call them a hypocrite?

You judged this woman as 'likely' a racist and a liar. Based on the colour of her skin.

You are paranoid if you think there's been some kind of secret meeting.

People stop engaging when they deem there's no point. You've concluded that white women share personality traits on account of their whiteness and anyone who disagrees with you is a racist.
Even though statistically a woman in an altercation with a group of men is more likely to be the victim than the aggressor.

I wrote this in answer to your question, 'among other things' but it wasn't satisfactory so you decided to demand the same answer from me that I'd already given. It's not my fault that you didn't read it properly:

I also took it from an article, so I didn't make it up.

But the name of y'all's game is gaslighting, projection, lies, insults, accusation, picking and choosing what you want from a post and not what was written, descending onto posters and racism once someone isn’t towing the line of your brand of feminism. Keep at it, nothing new here.

And to the person who really thinks that I actually think there's been a meeting and not a tongue in cheek statement based on the post I was quoting, I'm not sure who's the paranoid one but I can tell who's not so bright since there seems to be lack of comprehension and dishonesty among you lot.

I'm glad that you now agree that the media were irresponsible in their reporting of this story though. You can perhaps see why so many of us objected to what Trudy was saying about the woman.

That you don't find call it violence helpful is hardly surprising. You recognise the weaponised white tears of the girls at your school. You recognised how they are used to punish black girls, you acknowledge disparity in power and the stereotypes at play, but is just a problem. Curious, do you feel complicit?

But black girls I've taught can just as easily turn on the tears, God knows I've seen it often enough. Just as much as white girls, as it happens.

But I don't think anyone is weaponising them. I just don't believe the nonsense being spouted here. Too silly.

I was the woman piled on by so called feminists who always stand by women.... as women are always in the right. Well at least when white they agree with them.
