I don't want to be here anymore. I'm such a burden to everyone. I'm selfish, cold-hearted and lazy. not sure why i'm posting on here

We know you'll get lots of support here on the mental health boards, but we did want to say that reaching out to someone in real life, whether a friend, family member or GP, would be a good idea, too. You are not a burden or any of the other awful things you are telling yourself. That is depression talking.

Its not in my head. Its not depression. Husband has told me he has had enough of me. So yeh.

That doesn’t mean you have done anything wrong though. Why is he saying that? Does he treat you well usually?
