A burden

I don't want to be here anymore. I'm such a burden to everyone. I'm selfish, cold-hearted and lazy. not sure why i'm posting on here

We know you'll get lots of support here on the mental health boards, but we did want to say that reaching out to someone in real life, whether a friend, family member or GP, would be a good idea, too. If you're worried about talking to someone in real life, there are also lots of phone numbers on our Mental Health Webguide that you can call for support and a listening ear.
