Grieving again

I am grieving again- I seem to have had a lot of grieving in the last 5 years. It comes in waves & im struggling again. I’m working 12 gr shifts & able to seem happy, laughing etc but days off im crying, sobbing. Wondering if i should delete myself. Then back into work. It’s exhausting.
I need something to shine some light & get me back to feeling like me.

Bumping op. Have you spoke to your gp? Do you have RL support?

Can you share some more info? Are you seeing a therapist? Maybe a GP?

Huge hug. 💐 Grief is exhausting and unpredictable..

Hi there @WhatcomesafteraRainbow. We're so sorry to hear you're in this situation. Flowers. In case it's of use we thought we'd send a link to our Mental Health Webguide which has lots of useful contacts, including one for Sue Ryder which offers specialist bereavement counselling and advice.
Warm wishes from us all at MNHQ.

I’ve had counselling only middle of last year. It finished as I’d completed the course but I was still grieving my father in law on top of multiple miscarriage grief at the time. Since then we’ve had another miscarriage. It’s a lot of loss all together after losing my grandad a couple of years ago on top of our first baby.
im at work today & feeling ok but inside im tired & feeling stressed.
