Overturning ESA decision after 2 years

Hello, I don't know what I'm doing so please excuse me..
I was on ESA for a few years because my mental health is very poor and then went to an assessment with a lady who asked me questions about my physical health An stared at my new shoes the entire time. I knew she would get me cut off because of the questions she was asking.
I have had no money for two years because dealing with them made me suicidal and I couldn't cope with talking to any of them again. They turned me down when I called immediately after decision and I tried to take my life. When I came around to reading the report I realised she'd lied and told them the opposite of what id said to her. Example : can you shop? "No I can't I have panic attacks in shops especially super markets " and she wrote "can do a weekly food shop".
So my question is, after a few years and a rejected lengthy letter describing why I can't cope and need it reinstated in July. They sent a letter today (October) saying we reject this. That was it.
Where can I get help with this? I feel completely lost and suicidal over it.
Thank you

Hello OP, we are really sorry to hear you are feeling this way.
We hope you don't mind, but when these threads are flagged up to us we usually add a link to our Mental Health resources. You can also go to the Samaritans website or email them on [email protected]. Support from other Mumsnetters is great and we really hope you will be able to take some comfort from your fellow posters, but as other MNers will tell you, it's really a good idea to seek RL help and support as well.
We also like to remind everyone that, although we're awed daily by the astonishing support our members give each other through life's trickier twists and turns, we'd always caution anyone never to give more of themselves to another poster, emotionally or financially, than they can afford to spare.
We are going to move this thread to the Mental Health section shortly.
