Whack a filter on.

Smize with your eyes.

Hold your phone further away.

Selfies are always staged and fake! You look fab. Please don't judge yourself against Instagram bullshit.

That's no bloody comparison! Your looking down at the camera, frowning, wearing glasses.

Don't be hard on yourself

You say everyone else can look this great, and added a beautiful picture of yourself from 6 months ago. Looks like you were out socialising and in your most recent picture hours look like your just relaxing.

I'm 22 so makeup and hair is important to me, but I'd you could see a side by side photo of what I look like when I'm in the house and when I leave it, you wouldn't think on the same person.
