Teen stress

Hi, I'm 16 and feeling quite stressed.

I'm studying really hard. My mum is 'helping' me study, she goes into a different room to do the same practice questions that i'm doing and then she comes into my room to ask me about my method, her method and some perfect method.

Each time she comes into speak to me my stress levels increase significantly and i'm finding it hard to have a conversation with her.

When she leaves the room i'm always on the verge of tears or cry as quietly as possible. My legs are constantly bouncing as a coping mechanism for the stress. But the stress is really starting to get to me...
I've resorted to scratching my skin till it bleeds as a coping mechanism.
Another thing that happens when she leaves is i feel very light and not quite real and i cant seem to do anything to get the feeling to pass for at least 20 mins... in that period of time i cant work at all as i feel like im in a dream and cant properly feel any part of my body.

This post was a bit of a mess but i hope you understand what i was going on about.

Is there anything i can do to help myself?
I cant talk to my mum about it as i'd "just be attention seeking" which would just add to my stress.
