I can't even get help here

I am pushed away from every bit of help I try to get. Not a single bit of hope.
I'm begging for help for someone to talk to please and they've deleted it. You were all talking to me trying to help me and it's gone. Why is it gone? I've been told to phone samaritans and I've phoned samaritans and they can't help. Why delete the post I need it please.
I should have known there really is no point anymore

Can you call your GP surgery? Surely they can help you, where in Scotland are you, I can search to see what help is available to you where you are, I am sorry I am not nearer to physically be able to be there for you Flowers

OP, I'm sorry you are feeling desperate. Please call 111 and get some advice and RL help.

Hello OP,

We are really sorry to hear you are feeling this way. We're afraid we don't allow those sorts of threads on Mumsnet, which is why we had to remove it.

Support from other Mumsnetters is great and we really hope you will be able to take some comfort from your fellow posters, but as other MNers will tell you, it's really a good idea to seek RL help and support as well.

We also like to remind everyone that, although we're awed daily by the astonishing support our members give each other through life's trickier twists and turns, we'd always caution anyone never to give more of themselves to another poster, emotionally or financially, than they can afford to spare.

Please do take a look at our Mental Health webguide, which we hope is helpful.

We are going to move this thread over to the Mental Health topic shortly. Flowers

Hi OP,

I didn't see your original post, but I take it that you are feeling very low and desperate. I've been there myself and know how scary it can be. PP have given you a lot of good advice. If you feel that you can't keep yourself safe you can go to A&E and they will help you stay safe and get you an emergency psychiatric assessment. As you say it's difficult for you to leave the house there are other options too as PP have said you can call crisis team, if you don't have a number it should be available online or through your local hospital switchboard. You can also call 111 and ask for a home visit from an out of hours GP.

Keep setting small goals to get you through minute by minute, if necessary. And feel free to chat here, they just avoid mentioning suicide plans in your posts, which I assume is what the problem was.
