I am so low tonight; I am struggling, I just want to sleep but I can't. It's all too much

I agree night times are much worse than day times . No matter what people say I'm the same and worry and anxiety never go away .
Try getting some fresh air somewhere peaceful that's what I do and just seeing one friend or family at that awful time really helps .

I'm here too, we can try and get through this. Don't want to but have too...you aren't alone.. Another day nearly over...another few hours then into bed safe..thinking of you

I hear you Aveiam...I really do understand..I have lost everything important to me in my life in the last couple of months except my kids..every day brings more and more bad news at min ( awful 9years + divorce, sick family members, money problems) ..I literally focus on getting through each hour and ride out the intrusive thoughts min by min..I truly understand...I just hang unto bedtime and getting into my bed where I feel safe... I am listening to you and I do understand.. Can you focus on the minute by minute and try and drink some water/ eat some snacks..I wish I could help you more..I wish I could help all of us more...you aren't alone...
