Self harmed for the first time in ages

Out in the rain with pills and water breaking down don't know where to gp

What do i do?

How badly harmed are you?

Where can you go that is safe?

Have you got a friend you trust?

With a fluffy, soft towel...?

Ok joff deep breath. Immediate first - how did you self harm, is there an immediate danger eg a deep cut?

What has happened. To lead you to this. You don't havd to answer, of course you don't.
Do you suffer from mh issues. If so I totally understand. Are you on medication. Does your GP know about you self harming. I am so sorry for fireing questions at you, but the more information we have the better equipt we'll be to help you.

Joffrey, my love I have seen you posting here before and I have always found you an incredibly humourious, intelligent and kind poster.

Throw away the pills, empty them out and stand on them then please go somewhere safe, even just get out of the rain.

You keep talking. Either us or someone IRL who can help.

Do you need immediate medical attention for your injury? If so A&E. If not do you have somewhere safe you can go?

She is a gem. We may not have had much close interaction here on MN but I am always nodding along with her posts.

You do not deserve be alone in the rain when you are feeling this way Joff.
