I'm lying in a cold bath because I'm too mentally disordered to get out and warm myself up. I'm also too lazy, maybe we should blame that?

I've got out, but only just. Now not sure what to do, as the bathroom isn't very warm and the towel is cold. There will have to be some fast putting on pyjama and sitting near the heater action.

Today I got to hold and play with Guinea pigs and they were lovely. I want pets that aren't just the neighbours cat.

Just got back home, went out for a walk and had to get DP to come and pick me up from random street location. He seems low but it took about ten minutes to get him to admit it drives me bonkers, I ask him if he's feeling okay and he says "sorry", I say he doesn't need to day sorry he just seemed a little low to me and he says "sorry" AAARGHH

Well done ennn on going for a walk, I also have been out walking too much because it was 3 hrs and already done a combination of gym and walking of 22 hours this week not nearly enough for this fat body

I buggered my knee doing too much exercise and that was only probably less than ten hours a week be careful

I went for a walk too, but it was with my housemates, to feed the guinea pigs, so not a big exercisey walk.

Gosh, lots of exercise.

I feel needy Saw someone for 3/4 of an hour earlier, and just got off the phone from another CPN. It proves that I am using too many resources. They said to ring again if I needed....I've used enough time already.

Ah but the more you use the services, the more people are able to stay in jobs. That's how I see it anyway.

I also went for a walk! It was immediately apparent that it's too soon to run, which is causing me a bit of mental breakdown in itself. Spent some quality time with my foam roller and pilates mat and some classes on gaiamTV. The cats are always so helpful with this sort of thing.

If it helps keep you out of hospital and not dead then it's an appropriate use of resources.
