Luckily I am very close to home so will be doing the whole RICE + ibuprofen thing. I think it might just be a mild twist, but I have bad ankles (family trait) and it's often hard to tell until later how bad it's going to be.

DP once bought half a dozen bags of el cheapo peas to keep a dessert cold on a long journey. They thawed, and he didnt want to waste them. He decider to cook them, so we ate pea soup for about a year.
