time to get back into fasting and ignore it’s the summer holidays!

Got home went for a shower and weighed in. 11.2 same as yesterday. Happy with that as I spent most of the day sat on my arse in a car and on a train and had a McD’s breakfast and a roast dinner. Also didn’t drink enough yesterday due to not really having access to a toilet when I was out with my client.

got today off then in tomorrow and Wednesday. Hopefully swimming tomorrow which isn’t really swimming but it’s nice to be in the water. Breaks the day up.

Expecting my weight to be a bit up in the morning as I have done nothing all day except walk to the bank then home via the pub with my husband 🤣🤣 tbf I haven’t seen him at all since Thursday due to our work patterns and I’m not really going to see much of him now until Saturday so it’s nice to spend some time with him 😊

As expected just under 0.5lb up this morning. My aim is to be properly in the 10’s for my next trip away which is in just over 3 weeks. Only 2 nights this time but I have almost 2 weeks off work so I’ll need to make some effort with walking etc otherwise I’ll pile weight back on at that point 😊

Are you thinking of trying for 1lb a week in the lead up to your holiday? It sounds doable. What has your rate of loss been over the last month or so?

Today I am 10lb down from my line in the and weight 2 months ago. It’s been up and down but mostly heading down.

hopefully should be just into the 10’s when I go away. Tbh it’s 2 nights in a travelodge in Bournemouth to see a band nothing very exotic 🤣🤣 but it’s a goal. Plus it coincides with 2 weeks off work which will be nice.

Can I join please. I finished my last Mounjaro jab 2 weeks ago and currently weigh 9.5. I started Mounjaro in June prior to that I managed to lose 24lbs through fasting. Hoping to try and lose another 5lbs before the Christmas period.

@hollyblueivy how is this week going? Do u think u will be back in tens? Rem if u were not being mindful u would be gaining so ur still winning!

@SnackcidentProne welcome! Please join! How r u feeling being off the jabs? I hear they stay in ur system for a few weeks are u feeling more hungry yet? Do y excercise or cal count or just planning to fast ?

so for me im 9.12. Im still not back to 9.11 where i was 3 weeks ago Friday I’ve zero idea what’s going on. Only that the cake and processo on Sunday was way too much. Anyways I keep going and I’ll weigh again on Friday. Workout test. This morning’s done too.

I want to be 9.10 before I go away in 1 week!!!!

No secret @Smartmove I just have a lot of beer weight to lose at times 🤣🤣 work is helping because I tend to only eat one meal a day on work days.

I’m 9:3.5 today so happy with that. Not sure how long MJ will stay in my system.

@SmartmoveI’m feeling good less tired and nausea has reduced loads. Appetite hasn’t come back yet. I go to the gym and will fast Monday to Friday. Weekends I try to calorie count which is hard when I like a few glasses of wine.

I think the week is going reasonably well and if I can keep a hold of things today, I should be in the 10’s tomorrow. Not as low as I wanted but let’s see what happens.

Cant believe it’s Friday again tomorrow. They come around quickly don’t they!

Am 9.11 finally back where I was 3 weeks ago
I have 6 days to drop one more pound
(before I go away and put some on!!!!). Planning on going to the gym at least 3 times. And only having yoghurt and fruit or egg based brekkie. Not looking at the pastries!

Stayed the same this morning which is probably because I fell head first into a giant pack of frazzles yesterday so salt 😭😭 worth it tho

today I’m out with my daughter so not worrying about what I’m eating too much. Work again tomorrow so I’ll be doing one meal then I have 5 days off where I’ll aim to be very sensible.

@WorthySloth Hope you had a lovely time spent with your daughter today.

I would say I have had a good day. A few coffees and I made soup for lunch. Homemade with butternut squash, onion, carrot and garlic with a bit of all the spices I have in the cupboard! It turned out ok so will probably be eating that for the next few days!

11st 1lb Waaahhhh why is this so hard?!

I am essentially maintaining at around 11 stone. I really want to get to 10:9, but 10:12 as a first target.

I need to do more! More fruit veg and salad next week to bulk out meals and try to up water. I’m too cold to drink much water say try cooled boiled water with lemon.

9:3.1 today so still moving in the right direction for now may be a different story after the weekend. Had a small roast dinner last night. Had extra veg and went for a Yorkshire pudding instead of any mash potato.

Ive got a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge for this evening…..

9:2.1 I think it’s a combination of the jab still in my system and just finished my period. Definitely less bloated today. We’re going out with the kids today so we shall how that goes.

Went out last night. Decided to brave the scales this morning. Shockingly I am 11:1 today 😱😱 hopefully at some point soon I’ll see a 10 at the start of my weight 😁

I’ve not had best weekend as visiting family and been out to eat. No alcohol but too much food. I did workout once

Yeah daughter made potato wedges and brought me a big plate of them covered in grated cheese. I have done nothing at all today apart from finish a baby blanket and knitting a hat. My Apple Watch Keeps telling me to move 🤣🤣 Assuming I’ll be up tomorrow but I will be more active next week 😊

My weekend was mixed could have been worse but certainly wasn’t great! It’s very hard when socialising least I only had 1 drink over the weekend

my holiday is tmrw!!! I in at 9.11 today and planning the lowest carb day and lots of coffee to try get me to the tens tmrw - just because I really want to see it!

planning healthy brekkie but filling - like avacado toast eggs whilst away. Apple coffee lunch enjoy dinner and drinks. Gym twice at least. Will prob come back half a stone heavier!

Today I have walked about 6000 steps but no workout (unless u call carrying a 3.5 year old around town coz we forgot the pram and she was tired!)

ive had
yoghurt and kiwi
3 coffees with measured milk
Mashed avacado with chilli etc on toast ( wasn’t meant to have toast but I fancied it)
chicken and broccoli
1 choc
came in at 1000 cals and 50g carbs

fingers crossed some weekend water weight has dropped!
