time to get back into fasting and ignore it’s the summer holidays!

11:0:5 here - at this rate the 10 stone bracket won’t be seen until next year! I was around 10:12 this time last year and looking at the data I then crept into the 11’s and was 11:7 by the end of the first week in January. It’s taken me all year and I haven’t even lost half a stone!!!

@hollyblueivy but you haven’t gained this year so you have learnt the skill of maintaining which is also very very hard! You have also had a difficult year with your mum (how is she) so don’t be hard on urself. You have some weeks till Xmas could you try get a few pounds off?

im 9.10.8 haha just made it. Now I’m going to go and come back 5-7 heavier which seems to be my usual post holiday! I’ll check in on here as helps me not go into F it mode.
operation get back to 9.10 by end of Nov!

Morning! Just weighed in at 11:0.6 😁 my current goal is 11st so I’m getting closer! When I get there I will be adjusting down to 10:7.

Hello everyone am back tmrw

im dreading way in I look about 4 months preg atm! I only did the gym once. My steps were only about 5000.
I skipped lunch most days and had a healthy brekkie (egg white omelette / yoghurt) that sort of thing
but plenty of cakes and 3 course meals consumed too! I drank every day (prob half a bottle and a cocktail worth for 5 nights. I’m not drinking tonight as feeling quite done with it!)

will begin tmrw cutting out the carbs (travelling back tmrw) and then will weigh on wed am expecting 7 pound gain :( I would love to have it off in a week but let’s see!

I am away for a few nights and for some reason feel super bloated just on the first day. My face is looking puffy
snd I think I may have started my holiday eating and drinking before the holiday started.

I’ll weigh at the weekend, possibly before if I’m brave enough to face the scales. I need to do a couple of weeks strict strict diet after this half term!

I was too scared to weigh myself! So I didn’t but I’ve been very good today
yoghurt kiwi
milky coffee times 3
tuna salad and 1 piece dark choc
salmon and broccoli
1200/1300 cals

same tmrw if not less but def not more

How are you getting on @hollyblueivy and @WorthySloth ? Hope going well. It's sooo hard in the holidays being off work isn't it!

I'm 10 today after an indulgent few days. Hopefully get it off and work on trying to get down to 9.9 for Christmas!

@Bubbles44 hi there! Well done for a good year! U have been a bit up and down like us all but stayed in ur goal range!

im 10.00 too - im actually quite ok with that given ive been away! I was expecting to be much more.
aim is to be 9.11 by next week and then get to 9.10 again by mid Nov

today been good
long fast . Skipped brekkie
tuna salad with bean salad
thai stir fry
some dark chocolate (can’t stop this habit!)
1300 cals
have a cold so no work out again! But I promise I’m getting back to excercise from tmrw!

weekend quiet except for tmrw have a party for the kids - but I’m eating before I go and planning on no stupid waste of calorie and time party food!! I may have one drink max so should be on plan cals wise esp if I skip brekkie again!

salmon veg and dark chocolate for lunch. And some rasberries
not sure about dinner thinking eggs as need something quick before head out. Won’t snack at party and only 1 drink

workout done - weights and also some cardio.
feeling good and gonna get back to 9.10 soon!!!! Was 9.13 today

I'm struggling! Bad weekend! I am so bad with no routine!

Right, 7 weeks to be good. Will attempt to cut sugar. I know I am so bad at this but it's my down fall. One sweet treat and it sets my cravings off. Lots of movement, whole foods and no sugar!!!!

Hi bubbles I have the same problem! Some days a bit of dark chocolate im ok and other days i want a whole cake (yesterday and 3 biscuits!). I wonder if i just have to accept that?! I don’t know!!!!!

anyways also going no sugar (except dark chocolate) this week - I’ll hold ur hand

was good Friday and sat but not yest and also quite immobile and not gym as unwell! I’m going to try today if I can….

will weigh on Wednesday wanted to be 9.10 but unsure!

I know, I feel I have to accept this is they way I am. But hate how it makes me feel.i wish I could just cut out the cheap, processed sugar. That's the sort I seem to binge on.
Yes let's do it this week and im going to say weekend too. Only sugar will be whole fruit and dark chocolate!
Well done for not much of a gain on holiday though. That's great and the fact you're still in the 9's is great!

Morning, 11:3:6 here and feeling rubbish! It was all fun and games over half term but I feel so bloated and awful.

7 Weeks to do the best I can. Not sure what my plan is. I kind of want a strict couple of weeks but worried either I won’t be able to do it. Will be miserable or it might make me binge!

Thinking about my rough plan

I had some drinks yesterday but go alcohol free for the rest of the month. This will help in a few ways, less calories and bad food decisions as well as detox before Xmas period.

3 x exercise sessions of 45m minimum per week

I really need to increase water intake but struggle at this time of year so any suggestions welcome on that.

Sorry @hollyblueivy it’s so hard with the cold dark nights!

I just make multiple herbal teas! Have you got an assortment in home? I’m having one now. If I drink it def helps keep me a bit full

Kinda feels nice choosing a new flavour!

When I’m at work I just tell myself my 1 litre bottle needs filling 3 times before I leave and that means 1 in am 1 over lunch and 1 in afternoon …roughly as I obv drink a bit in am and pm before work too!

Soup lunch and burger for dinner. Couple of coffees and couple of teas.

No exercise so will definitely go to the gym tomorrow.

Will probably weigh again tomorrow.

11:4:3 that’s more than yesterday!! I think the weekend is still catching up with me.

i took my gym stuff to work with me but came straight home without going to the gym. I didn’t have any lunch and was so hungry I had to come home to eat.

might still go later but also might not.

My scales are out of battery so wasn’t able to weigh.

Had toast for lunch and salmon with jacket potato and beans for dinner.

Still feeling bloated so don’t think anything has gone yet.

@SmartmoveIt’s certainly not easy trying to lose and maintain weight is it?! I think it will remain my lifelong battle and can’t imagine ever not having to think about what I’m eating.

I was able to weigh elsewhere yesterday which put me at 11:3 but I don’t trust it so will have to sort batteries in mine for tomorrow.

Didnt get to gym! I slipped on a wet floor at home yesterday, didn’t fall over but saving myself has pulled my back so going to take it easy this week as feels weird even to brace when bending down.

Had Prawn pasta for lunch and chilli with jacket for dinner. I think jacket potatoes are my new favourite thing.
